With over 36 years of experience as a registered nurse, MaryBeth has transitioned into holistic healing, drawing deeply from her own long-term recovery from alcohol use disorder and codependency. Her path has led her to trauma-informed yoga, Yoga Nidra, and acupressure—modalities that have become central to her own healing and to the work she now shares with others.
As a highly sensitive person, she has created a patchwork recovery that emphasizes nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and embodied presence. These practices have helped her stay grounded, connected, and fully engaged in life without the need to disconnect or numb out.
She is a Holistic Coach, Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Acupressure Therapist, and Family Constellation Facilitator who is passionate about supporting others on their journey toward wholeness. In all her offerings, she holds trauma-aware, heart-centered space for people to access their own inner healing resources.
