This certification is of interest to anyone interested in a more holistic and complete view of the problem and its solution. People with Lived Experience (PWLE), Peer Recovery Support Specialists (PRSS), yoga teachers, Ayurvedic practitioners, Yoga Therapists, social workers, addiction counselors, coaches, sponsors,  etc.  No prior professional experience required.

You have the flexibility to complete these two modules in any order of your choosing. However, we recommend enrolling for both at the same time for a comprehensive learning experience.

The 6 tenets of YoR

You may complete these three modules in any order you choose. Each module is offered once per year.

Explore addiction through the lens of Vedic philosophy and the 6 Tenets of Yoga of Recovery in this 21-week online series. Treat the roots of addictive behaviors through Creative Self-Inquiry, embracing narrative healing over one year with access to all course content.

Longing & Relationship

This course explores the concepts of Seeking Union and Seeking Connection through honoring our ancestors, fostering resilience, engaging in ancestor rituals, examining Addiction as Attachment Disorder, and delving into devotion practices, including returning to traditional rituals or creating new ones.

Sweet & Love

Discover the transformative potential of harnessing and harmonizing the senses through sweet, self-soothing therapies rooted in Ayurveda and Bhakti Yoga, fostering spiritual presence and sharing accessible practices for personal and communal well-being.

Prana & Progress
