Level 1 Foundations in Yoga Therapy Training program will be held in Boston. This is designed for local residents on the Front Range, to participate in our training on a commuter basis, one weekend per month (Fri-Sun) over the course of 10 months

As a modular program, students can choose to take the full path toward an 800-hour certification or enrich their current yoga teaching credentials with our 300-hour Level 1 course. The timeframe for completion of the full 800 hour course is a minimum of 30 months and a maximum of 60 months.
This course is designed to introduce you to the vast field of yoga therapy, overview the teachings and philosophies of the yoga tradition and their relevance and application to yoga therapy, introduce you to modalities of yoga therapy as applied to various health conditions, and provide you with a solid foundation to build your knowledge on your path to become a yoga therapist.
