Swami Sitaramananda is the Director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California, and a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. She has many years of experience teaching meditation, Yoga philosophy and positive thinking all over the world. Robert R. Johnson, D.O., serves as the Medical Director for the Amen Clinics, Inc. Board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Johnson’s previous roles include Medical Director of Sierra Tucson and Senior Medical Director of College Hospital. He is also a Certified Executive Coach who has worked with Rockwell International, Sony, Disney, and the US Olympic Committee. Dr. Johnson has done research on psychopharmacology, depression, and physical illnesses that produce psychiatric symptoms.
